CAMRA Vancouver is pleased to present "Spring Expedition," a member’s only bus trip to The Howe Sound Inn & Brewing Company and BrewHouse At Whistler! This is a day not to be missed, and space it limited! *This trip is for member's with a valid CAMRA card only*
Ticket cost: $60 per person
Date: Saturday, March 19th 11:15am – 8pm
Included: return transportation, 6 tasters at Howe Sound and BrewHouse each, sharing platters at BrewHouse
Details: Our classic school bus will pick us up at St. Augustine’s on Commercial Drive at 11:15 sharp, and whisk us off to our first stop, the legendary The Howe Sound Inn & Brewing Company. There we will be privy to 6 – 5oz tasters of their fine ales. They have also put together a $10 lunch menu, consisting of a Pulled Pork Sandwich, Howe Sound burger and a Veggie Burger which will be available for you to purchase if you like. At 2pm, we will embark towards our second stop, BrewHouse at Whistler, to visit our friend and head brewer, Derrick Franche. All members will receive 6 – 5oz tasters, as well as some sharing platters to munch on during the visit. Pints will be available to purchase at “good guy” prices and growler fill ups will be $15 a pop. Oh…and Derrick will be tapping the VERY LAST EVER DIX IPA. Just saying…
*Water will be supplied on the bus ride, but please bring your own tasting glass*
Amanda will be holding back 10 tickets to sell in person. She will be at The Whip, Sunday, Feb 27th at 4pm. First come, first serve. Please bring exact change and your CAMRA card.
*Please note that tax and tip has been included in each ticket price for the beer and food included only. Anything ordered after that will have an auto gratuity added on to each bill at both locations. To make bill paying easier and faster, please bring cash*
